We’ve sent it by postal mail as “photos” or a “booklet.”
Since it is mailed as a letter, there should be no customs duties. However, in rare cases, some countries may still charge a duty.
If that happens, please kindly explain to your local postal service that it is not subject to customs duties 🙇‍♀️

In the U.S., due to confusion related to the suspension of postal duty exemptions by presidential order, deliveries may take longer, and future shipments may also be affected. We will share updates on this when needed.

As AIMI official, we have sent over 1,000 letters and photos overseas, and almost all have been delivered successfully ♪
Japan Post has always been very supportive, keeping us updated on the situation in each country.
For any shipments delayed due to strikes, conflicts, or suspensions in certain regions, OHELLO RECORDS keeps them safely and will resend them once delivery resumes.
