Shipping from Japan to overseas destinations can sometimes face delays due to various country-specific circumstances and situations. While we previously used EMS for faster and more secure delivery, we encountered issues such as high shipping costs and unexpected customs fees for recipients. For this reason, we currently use Japan Post’s International Mail or Small Packet services.

According to Japan Post, delays may occur due to:

• General postal delays
• Temporary suspension of services
• Strikes in the destination country
