Regarding International Shipping from Japan
Shipping overseas may be affected by various circumstances, 
including regional conditions and postal service availability.

Previously, we used EMS for international shipments, which provided a fast and secure delivery option. 
However, EMS can be costly and may result in unintended customs fees for recipients.
Therefore, we currently use Japan Post’s international mail or small packet services. 
(We are considering adding EMS as an option in the future.)

According to Japan Post, shipping delays may occur due to:
• Delays in postal services
• Temporary suspension of shipments
• Strikes affecting delivery schedules

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays.

Shipping Restrictions & Order Handling

If you place an order from a region where Japan Post cannot deliver, we will either:
1. Cancel your order and provide a refund, or
2. Hold your order until shipping becomes available.

If your package does not arrive within three months, we will resend a replacement item of equal value.

日本から海外への商品の送付は
国ごとの情勢や事情を含むためスムーズにいかない事が多々あります。
また以前に利用したEMSでの送付は安全に早くお届けできる一方、
料金が高額になる事や本来は必要のない意図しない関税が受け取り側でかかる事などもあり
現在は日本郵便で国際郵便or small packetでお送りしております。（今後オプションとして検討いたします）

日本郵便の情報で国によって
・郵便が遅れ
・受付を中止
・ストライキによる遅れ　などは把握しており　
遅れが生じる可能性があるお客様にはご迷惑をおかけしております

また、日本から郵便をお送り出来ない地域からご購入いただいた場合は
注文のキャンセルか郵送可能な時期までストアでお預かりする形で対応させて頂きます。

郵送後3ヶ月を目処に届かなかったお客様に対しては同等の商品を再度送らせて頂きます
